About Boris
Hello my dear students! In my country I am working with many clients. My goal is to tech them about healthy life and to do something new with training in nature. Everything is possible when you set up your goal. I will teach you also about cold water and recovery of HIIT and I will do everything for you to spread my knowledge with somebody else in your country. All people in these world can be a good teacher they just need good tutor for that so join me and see what will happened.

My teaching method is about how to be fully focused on training. How to set the goal and how to eat good. With my methods you will be in best shape of your life. Just need to be patient and wait for the result. The lessons are for everybody, from the age of 16 till the age of 65. And the thing what sets me apart from the other tutors are that its not all about the money, it is about helping people all around the world. In these days health is something that is forgotten and my goal is to set you up on the right road of being happy, being in best shape and one day teaching somebody else about this things.
