Graduate from George Mason University, my native language is French. I have been a French tutor for GMU students for the past 3 years as well. I can also speak Spanish and Arabic.

About Kamil
If you’re a beginner and feel intimidated by the French Language, this is the right place for you.
One of my best skills is my ability to be patient and to put myself in another person’s shoes while learning a new language like French.
With me, you will feel comfortable and quickly realize that learning French isn’t that much of a big deal. Who knows, maybe you will end up being a French Tutor like me at some point.
My class is for all levels (beginner, intermediate, advanced, expert). You are more than welcome, whether you are a beginner who wants to learn how to speak the language or wether you’re an individual who’s fluent and who wants to perfect his writing skills.
As of today, I can speak 4 languages in total. Obviously, I had to learn and it wasn’t easy for me. In my Spanish Communication classes, I sometimes felt a lot of pressure before giving a presentation in front of an audience. Fortunately, I managed to overcome it and ultimately became fluent in Spanish. Going through that process made me realize that the most important things when learning a new language is to be patient, to keep trying and to never be afraid of making pronunciation or writing mistakes.

The main skills that I want to teach in my French tutoring classes are the following:
1. French Speaking
2. French Writing
3. French Reading
When it comes my lesson plans, I will be very flexible and try to adapt to your level and to your needs as much as possible. My typical lesson plans will vary depending your level and on your personal objectives.
If your main objective is to learn how to speak the language, we will focus on public speaking exercises.
If your objective is to develop your writing skills, our lessons will be centered around French grammar and writing exercises.
One of my main skills in High School was French writing. My other French classmates could speak their language properly but struggled in writing classes. Personally, I have always felt comfortable with writing exercises. Therefore, from a very young age, I had set myself apart from my classmates when it came to writing skills.
With that said, if you are looking to improve your ability to write essays in French, I will provide you with the advices and tricks that my French professors have taught me through the years.
One of main hobbies is to teach people how to speak French. Apart from my French tutoring sessions with GMU students, I am constantly teaching my friends new words, new expressions and new sentences in French. Now most of them can even have a simple conversation with me.
