About Alyvia
I am a graduate from Harvard University with a bachelors degree in Government and History, a minor in education and a language citation in American Sign Language. I began tutoring in August 2019 and since then have built a client base of over 100 students across all age ranges and subjects. In addition to my direct teaching experience, I have worked alongside top education professionals in the design of state curriculums, private tutoring programs and courses and education non-profits. My passion for education stems from my own first-generation, low-income background and my desire to ensure every student has an opportunity to excel and succeed in their education and future endeavors.

I have helped over 30 students earn acceptances into Top Universities, including all of the Ivy Leagues. Additionally, all of my students have seen their SAT scores improve by at least 800 points and have scored a 3 or higher on their AP exams. I have experience teaching all ages (preschool to adult), and each lesson plan is individualized to each student. My tutoring methodology is not a one size fits all approach and is instead flexible to fit each student’s needs.
