About Jess
As a college graduate, I know that some courses and subjects can be particularly difficult! Additionally, I plan to continue onto graduate school to become a speech language pathologist, and so I wish to help others around me, especially when it comes to language! Learning something new can be difficult, but I am here to provide support for those in need. As a current preschool teacher, I find that I truly want to aid my students to set them up for a successful time, whether it's two year olds learning how to share, or older students in French!

I love to get to know my students first and learn about their personal goals and ambitions with French! Based on each individual, I then create a lesson plan that typically consists of review, new material, methods to practice the new material, and review. Sometimes I add in a preview for the next lesson! I have been studying the French language for about 11 years now and have had the opportunity to study abroad in France twice now. French & Francophone studies was one of my college majors, alongside Linguistics & Cultural Studies. I am passionate about languages and helping others in their language learning journey! My lessons range from being for kids in preschool to high school level French, including AP French, which I myself took. Thanks so much for your consideration!
