About Lea
Hi! My name is Léa, I am a Lebanese-American medical student taking a year off to focus on other areas of interest, including languages. I am passionate about the French language and culture that have played major roles in my upbringing. I, myself, am currently learning German and Spanish simultaneously and can understand the challenges associated with learning a new language. My main goal with expanding my registry is to combat language barriers in clinical encounters. I believe nothing facilitates establishing a rapport like fluid, real time communication. I am also an avid French baker and will happily share tips, tricks and recipes if you are interested :)

I like to apply a dynamic approach that integrate students' preferences into the plan.
My focus lies in conjugation and correct phonetic pronunciation.
The first lesson will touch on basics of introduction in French, including common greeting phrases, expressions to introduce yourself, and teaching breaks to address any pronunciation or comprehension issues. Every lesson will include a brief recap of the previous session in the beginning if applicable.
I myself am a current language learner (German and Spanish) and can relate to and address the difficulties that arise with learning in adulthood.
My lessons apply to any and all ages. This is an introduction to French class. Feel free to reach out!
