About Alexis
I take my passion for exercise to energize my career and educate others on the importance of fitness, such as all the mental and physical benefits. As a lifelong distance runner and gym rat, I went to school to learn the science and anatomy behind exercise to better understand the physiological responses and adaptations the body has to movement.

My approach to exercise and finding a program that works for you is individualized. I have personal training experience running marathons, hypertrophy and general strength training, as well as pilates. I believe that exercise should be enjoyed and that everyone can find joy in everyday movement. I graduated with honors in my exercise science bachelor's degree, and learned to design programs for special populations. Including cardiac, pulmonary, and spinal cord compromised populations. Movement is for everyone and not a one size fits all, which is why I believe everyone deserves one on one attention.
