About Alana
As a tutor, I take my role seriously and approach every lesson with professionalism, care, and purpose. I hold a Bachelor of Science in K–5 Education with an emphasis in Interdisciplinary Studies, which means I am formally trained in elementary instruction and child development. Students and families can expect a structured, respectful, and supportive learning environment. Lessons are thoughtfully planned, age-appropriate, and aligned with academic standards. I come prepared, communicate clearly, and maintain high expectations while remaining patient and encouraging. I understand that trust is important when choosing a tutor. My goal is to create a space where students feel safe, supported, and confident, and where parents feel assured that their child is receiving high-quality instruction from a qualified educator.
