About De'Shaun
I graduated from Vanderbilt University in 2021 with a Bachelor's in Physics and I obtained my Master's in Health Science from Meharry Medical College. I will be starting another Masters program in the fall and want to make some money during the summer. I also plan on applying to medical school so I have taken all the appropriate classes and taken my MCAT. I really enjoy physics and with my background I feel comfortable teaching any level of physics or math.

I have been a math tutor at Northwest High School in the summer of 2018. During this period I taught every math level that was offered during summer school: Calculus, Pre-calculus, algebra, and geometry. I am very patient and will work to understand how the student looks at the problem so that we are at the same understanding. I will then give the student multiple examples using the same problem because I believe the best way to get better at a craft is constant repetition.
