About Brianna
As a college student who just finished their undergraduate degree, I understand the difficulty of putting all your effort into a class and still not seeing the results you want. I want to be able to give other students the ease and comfort of a tutor you can ask for help anywhere and anytime from your phone, laptop, or any other electronic device. I enjoy helping others become confident in their study topics and overcome academic hurdles as they come. From a single question to a whole study session, I'm glad to help where I can. When the student can feel and see progress is being made, then I believe it's a success.
I graduated from college with a chemistry major and a math minor. I took AP (advanced placement) courses in both chemistry and mathematics specifically AP Chemistry, AP Calculus AB, and AP Calculus BC.
In mathematics, I focus on teaching algebra and calculus with some statistics. In chemistry, I focus on teaching general chemistry but can teach organic chemistry if told in advance so I can review. I also have a younger brother that I've assisted in math and chemistry topics from elementary through middle school.
I've been social dancing since my freshman year of college in 2018 and competed at the Silver American level in ballroom competitions. I'm also one of the veterans of my college swing club and do a little bit of salsa and bachata dancing.

First, I like to have an introductory meeting before the first session. This gives us a chance to get to know each other and I can understand what exact topics the student is looking to learn. Then we can prepare and discuss a lesson plan together for how the sessions will go. I've worked mainly with middle and high school students with some college students. I do sessions ranging from a half-hour to two hours.
