About Fouad

It's been eight years since I give private lessons. But I assure you, I first started giving courses in mathematics! With regard to law school, this will be my first year of teaching. Indeed, I felt the need to have a certain level of competence to do so. Apart from individuals, strictly speaking course, I made some interventions in conferences on the digitization of the economy and following that many students have written to me to tell me how it helped them in their research work and revisions.

About the lesson

Freshly graduated from a M2 in public business law, I am preparing for this year from 2016 to 2017 to make a second M2 in litigation & european law (University Paris 2) in order to strengthen my skills to prepare as serenely as possible the entrance examination to the national school of administration. My advertisement is therefore intended primarily for students of law faculties, from L1 to M1 but also to anyone wishing to brush up in preparation for administrative assistance or national examinations. The materials that I might teach are all matters of public law (constitutional law, constitutional litigation, administrative law, administrative litigation, public contract law, local government law, public economic law, public service law, fundamental freedoms, administrative property law) and European Community law and (European litigation, internal market law, European administrative law, competition law, law on state aid, the European Union policies). My teaching methods rely heavily on my experiences, namely a work that is as regular and as rigorous as possible. To do this, I attach great importance to the methodology. Indeed, I believe that to succeed, we must grasp the content (the course) certainly, but above all to grasp the container (methodology). One does, of course, not without the other. That is why before our first interview, I ask you to send me some of your recent research or academic year (commentary, essay) so I can see where you are on that plane. After our first meeting I can for example test the knowledge acquired during your sessions by sending extra homework to go (I will correct volunteer course).
