About Onwe
My name is Onwe Michael C. A Teacher / Lecturer and a Scientific Officer with accomplishment in reliability and quality scientific testing. Experienced in quality control systems and laboratory information management system with focus on quality experimental research. I started teaching / lecturing in May, 2010, and have developed in skills, knowledge, wisdom and teaching methodology that is good for education. I teach Biology, Biological sciences, Microbiology (Medical Microbiology).

I use Personalised learning skill, which is a teaching style based on student's area. As each student gets a “learning plan” based on how they learn, what they know, and what their skills and interests are. It's the opposite of the “one size fits all” approach used in most schools. ... This process helps students take ownership of their learning, develops the enthusiasm about understanding the subject matter better and this will go a long way in modifying the student's academic reasonings as they will integrate their understanding in their academic performance and do better academically and otherwise. I Know that everyone is a product of nature and nurture, and so will assimilate differently, thus, I ensure I carry everyone along during my teaching in or lecturing.
