About Manon
Hello, hello wine lovers! Here is my background in a few words: Sommelier graduated since 2012 I began my career at the rank of Sommelier / manager in the restaurant Solides by Simon Carlier (finalist Top Chef). Then I went to Australia where I blossomed as a Sommelier of three establishments of the European group where I was also in charge of the wine courses given to the team. I miss my pupils and I dare to think that It is reciprocal!
Back to France I am looking forward to share my passion again.

I offer you a sensory experience, where you can learn a lot about this vast and beautiful universe in a relaxed atmosphere.
I propose two different levels with themes that you can choose, here are some examples:
LEVEL 1: - The art of tasting - The food and wine pairing - How to choose a wine in shop
LEVEL 2: - The wines of the new and the old world - A grape variety / A region - Natural wines versus traditional wines A course = 1h30 + 2 wines

Perfect! Excellent ! J'ai passé un très bon moment en compagnie de Manon. Elle a su écouter et adapter son cours à ce que je recherchais, un moment très agréable et conviviale. Je peux enfin parler du vin sans bafouiller, j'ai beaucoup appris en peu de temps, je reprendrai des cours et je recommande fortement Manon pour des cours individuels ou en groupe.
