About Madison
My experience tutoring has ranged from sophomores in high school to juniors in college. With this great age range, I know how to tailor new knowledge to each student's level, ensuring their success at a proper pace. I completed an internship in environmental education, along with paid Teaching Assistant positions at my undergraduate university. I have also taken a wide range of science courses, from conservation biology to general chemistry to statistics to molecular biology. My passion for my own learning in multiple subjects not only assists how much I can teach but also motivates others to become passionate, lifelong learners.

I have plenty of tutoring experience, from lectures to labs in vertebrate biology, evolution and ecology, and general chemistry. I value learning at the student's pace and assisting in memorization and understanding complex processes. I excelled both in high school and in undergrad, graduating with a 4.2 GPA from high school and a 3.99 GPA from the University of Portland, gaining my admission to Columbia University for a master's in conservation biology.
