About Paula

Hello! My name is Paula Beltran. I was born and raised in Colombia. I moved to the United States in 2018 and graduated in 2022. Currently, I am pursuing my master’s degree. My background includes tutoring elementary and middle school students during high school, as well as supporting university students in their language studies throughout college. I am excited to share not only my passion for teaching Spanish but also a little bit of the Colombian culture!

About the lesson

Welcome to my Spanish lessons, where learning Spanish is easy and fun through dynamic and interactive activities!

What you can expect:

- Engaging Exercises: The lessons include a variety of activities designed to improve listening, writing, and grammar.

- Experienced Tutoring: My background includes tutoring elementary and middle school students. During my undergraduate studies, I was a tutor for my university!

- Interactive Learning: Learning Spanish should be fun! That is why my lessons include fun games, engaging discussions, and more.

- Cultural Immersion: I believe in the importance of cultural exchange. Each lesson includes cultural elements, such as exploring Spanish-speaking countries' traditions, customs, and everyday life.

Throughout my son’s time of tutoring with Paula, I have found that she is very knowledgeable when it comes to helping my 8 year old become fluent in Spanish. I would highly recommend Paula as she truly cares about her students’ progressions in learning Spanish. My son also enjoys going to Paula and is always so excited for the next tutoring session as she keeps him thoroughly engaged during the entire lesson. Highly recommend!
