About Samuel
Hi my name is Sam, I am a current full time personal trainer based in the mid North Coast in NSW, I am qualified in both my certificate 3 and 4 in fitness. I have taken on clients of many walks of life and have help then reach their goals, I love strength and conditioning for athletes and have previously been to high levels of competing for sprinting, boxing and soccer. I am passionate about this subject and by the end of the tutorial you will be too!
