About Genevieve
One of my first jobs was working as a mother's helper for a family of six kids, where I often took care of the kids independently, and occasionally provided assistance with schoolwork. I have tutored middle schoolers in math, and successfully aided in transitions to their next level of math. I recently graduated from the Central New Mexico Community College with my A.S in biology. During my time there, I attended hundreds of tutoring sessions and was able to pick up on some of the best and most useful techniques. I now attend the University of New Mexico where I major in Psychology; and also work as a Community Support Worker with individuals living with Severe Mental Illnesses. Science of the mind and behavior, natural sciences, elementary and middle school mathematics, algebra, some calculus, and various writing courses are my strong points. I love teaching people things I am passionate about, and all of which those above, are things I love learning about. If you have any questions, I am always willing to answer anything. I have worked with primarily middle and high schoolers yet have also provided assistance to college students (this is entirely dependent on level of classes, just reach out and we can discuss) as well. When I provide tutoring services, I work patiently through and do my best to make everyone feel comfortable. Everyone being themself is vital to me. My schedule is very flexible.
