With over eight years of experience in nutrition education and program implementation, I am committed to helping students excel as I bring both academic expertise and real-life experience. My tutoring approach focuses on the student and is both interactive and practical. The lessons consist of a combination of lectures, case studies, discussions, visual aids, and real-life applications to give diverse views on key nutrition concepts.
A lesson lasts between 45 minutes to 1 hour which ensures a continued engagement while giving ample time for discussion, questions, and concept reinforcement.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Food, Nutrition, and Dietetics from Kenyatta University and have over eight years of post-qualification experience in nutrition education and program implementation. As a Senior Nutrition Officer, I have extensive experience in planning, managing, and executing nutrition, WASH, and health programs, along with research expertise.
My lessons are designed for undergraduate and diploma students studying Food, Nutrition, and Dietetics.
