About Olusegun
My teaching philosophy essentially identifies with the various factors that scholars have recognized as predictors of mathematics achievement: demographic factors, instructional factors (including teacher’s competency), and individual factors, among others. As a teacher, I attempt to test each of these factors whenever I find a matching context in my classrooms. Teacher competency is the most important to me because even with the best classroom context and facilities, an incompetent teacher will still trigger negative learning outcomes.
