I lived 10 years in Switzerland. Their learning methods are very different from the French methods and much more effective.
I spent my last 2 years of high school in a French school and I have been in engineering school for 3 years.
So I learned via different methods and it is by assembling them that I found myself the best way to teach myself and others.
