About Alex
I have surrounded myself in science from a young age, I read papers and journals such as Nature and New Scientist because it gives me more hope for our future than anything the news could give. Too much misery.
Teaching the next generation is something I enjoy doing because it fulfils me and I wish to go into being a full-time teacher so this opportunity would be greatly appreciated.

About the lesson

I prefer to break down complex ideas into smaller easier to manage sizes using comparisons and analogies. Then build those back up into their original form so that the student has a foundation to use and apply to all areas.
Lessons will range from an hour to several if the student requires it. I usually work alongside GCSE students as those are the most important qualifications in my view. I have experience teaching not just biology but chemistry too, however as biology is my main area of focus that is what I'd prefer to teach.
