About Marie-Hélène

15 years teaching French as a Foreign Language (FLE)

My passion for teaching French as a Foreign Language (FLE) has grown over many years. Earlier studies and work in various fields such as IT, human resources, and labor law had nothing to do with teaching French. In my spare time I started doing volunteer work which serendipitously led to teaching French.

My new career began, bit by bit. I earned diplomas in FLE and have now been teaching French as a Foreign Language online for many years.

I currently offer classes in conversational French for adults and young adults at the A2 to B2 level.

About the lesson

Online intermediate (A2 to B2) French conversation and tutoring for adults and young adults. Via Skype.

For whatever reason you may want to improve your French—travel, work, presentation, job interviews, etc.—I offer support improving your oral proficiency in French enabling you to communicate with French speakers in a natural and proper way.

Our lessons are personal coaching sessions based on your specific objectives and interests. Our conversations will enrich your vocabulary, improve your pronunciation and knowledge of grammar and syntax.

The first lesson is free and an opportunity to discuss your expectations and objectives.

Perfect! Friendly, kind, professional and extremely helpful are all ways to describe Marie-Hélène. The lessons are very well structured with proper recordings, videos and documents to aid your learning.
She does not only stick to a program, but helps with any questions you might have and adapts to your needs. You can continue at a pace which you find comfortable.
I thoroughly enjoy each lesson and learn a lot. I have gained a lot of confidence by following her lessons.
