In my current position, I am very structured, but in my normal life, I am usually more relaxed. This skill of being able to adapt to my surroundings or what is needed for the situation has helped me become the confident educator I am. When I display confidence in all situations, my students learn to feel comfortable with me and are willing to push themselves.

I always organize my lessons to be engaging and typically interactive. If the students can understand the why more, they are more able to remember it for later. Repetition is also key, so I will typically provide ways to improve those skills independently later on.
