About Jaja
I've embraced excellence from elementary through university — graduating as salutatorian of our elementary batch, with highest honors from Philippine Science High School (Pisay), and magna cum laude from Ateneo de Manila University.
I have always been passionate about accessible, high-quality education for all. During college, I spent a lot of my time tutoring students in many subjects, such as Math, English, and Science. I was even scouted by a well-known CETs tutoring team to create educational videos for viewers online (YouTube and Facebook).
Safe to say that teaching is one of my best skills. Not only do I teach people on the subjects they're not most confident about, I also make sure that they develop a love for learning.

First, I like to gauge my students' level of understanding of the subject. This helps me tailor my lesson plan to their individual needs. Based on this, I can teach from basic to advanced levels, with practice problems after every learning point. I like to give the students independence in answering these problems first, after which I will give the explanations for the right answers to supplement their learning.
I have been a tutor for three years now, mostly for high school students. However, I am flexible and can adjust to any age range. I can also give my learning materials, if needed by the student for review purposes.
