About Silvia
I have been tutoring other kids since I was in high school and I believe in simple and logical teaching methods. Anyone can learn anything, it just takes time, patience and the right mind map :) I believe that starting from common interests can be a good motivator for the students. My passions are the film industry, TV shows, pop music, photography, classic literature, fantasy literature, travelling, art and architecture. I hope we can start this journey together!

My typical lesson is focused half on grammar and technical notions, and half on conversations and reading about your favourite topic/fiction reading. I have read 300+ books in my life, both in English and Italian and I have a lot of recommendations about what to read to get familiar with the Italian language. I also recommend TV shows and films to watch. I have taught Italian, English, maths and other subjects for 5 years when I was living in Italy. My lessons are suitable for any age, for beginners who want the basics of the language or for people who want to know more about the Italian culture. We can decide together what will be the main objectives and strategy of the lessons.
