As a Boston College graduate, I love teaching elementary students (K-5) how to read, write, and spell! I customize every lesson to your child’s unique learning pace and style.
My lessons are highly interactive, focusing on phonics games, confidence-building writing exercises, and guided reading to boost fluency and comprehension. A typical session includes a fun sight-word warm-up, direct skill instruction, hands-on practice, and a positive wrap-up.
What sets me apart is my patience and ability to make tricky reading and spelling rules click. I create an upbeat, supportive space where young learners can overcome challenges and build the genuine confidence they need to thrive in school.
