About Luis
During my student life I had several experiences with different teachers and each one taught me different ways of treating students, with me as the guinea pig, and we should always have the utmost respect for the person we are teaching, paying attention to what makes them most eager to learn. Our feelings while we are making music are the most important, we have to know how to take advantage of our music to be able to convey it to the public.

I am a teacher with a huge desire to teach and with demanding methodologies, however I understand students who play the saxophone for fun and curiosity and not at such a serious level.
I always try to make my students feel relaxed and comfortable, but I am demanding because I want to see my students perform very well. Initially, I will have to do an “evaluation” to understand the student’s level and then assign appropriate works and technical studies.
