I have a belief that everyone is capable of doing anything, they just have to have the necessary resources and discipline to learning. When I got my degree it was in my free time because I was already committed to working full time. The growth I witnessed in myself both educationally, but mentally afterwards is a testament to my discipline and I believe this has shaped my career path to where it’s at right now. In the scenario a student is struggling and requires help prior to a lesson, I encourage reaching out so the problem can be resolved immediately

One of the qualities I pride myself on is that I’m very personable and easy to approach. My experience in the industry comes along with knowledge of training apprentices, that requires different teaching strategies depending on the subject and the person. I believe using relative examples is the best way of understanding and learning something, which I try to include with any lesson. I can cover a range of lean manufacturing principles, CNC machining, project management, or different mathematics subjects.
By nature I’m very analytical and therefore ask numerous questions to gain an understanding of something, which I follow expect and encourage in return.
