About Mia
My name is Mia, I am a student from Germany in Australia on a Working Holiday Visa and love learning languages. I am fluent in German, English and Croatian, speak French on a B2 level and Italian on a B1 level. I really like traveling and experiencing different cultures authentically. Additionally I did my finals in German, French and English.
I tutored Latin and French back in Germany and would love to keep doing so here in Australia :)

I have several years of experience tutoring Latin and French, but since German is my mothertongue, it’s the language I speak best.
Usually I ask the person I am tutoring whether there is a specific skill or topic they want to work on, eg. for an upcoming exam. If there are reoccurring mistakes in exercises and no exam coming up, we’ll start from there.
I can help with pronunciation, homework, vocabulary and writing skills as well as reading.
