About Samuel
My name is Samuel Johnson. I live in Cleveland, Georgia, with my family. I graduated high school in 2022. I started my undergraduate degree online but am taking a few semesters off due to ongoing health issues. I was offered admission into the National Honor Society in college, which is for students that have a 3.5+ GPA. If my health gets better, I want to go to physician assistant school and work in pediatric oncology. Tutoring students may help my resume and give me something to do while helping others succeed.

I will tutor anyone in grades 4-8 that needs extra support in math. It is important to understand that I do not replace the teacher. I will work alongside students and work with them as a team to ensure they succeed in math. I will do my absolute best to individualize lessons and do the necessary preparation before if necessary.

I have a B.A. degree in Elementary Education and have worked with children for 35 years. Sam would be an excellent choice for a tutor. He has shown expertise in math and has patience in explaining problem solving skills. He is kind and respectful.
Sam enjoys helping others. He volunteered for high school basketball to keep stats. He would make a kind and effective tutor. He understands the math processes that others find complex.
