About Michael C
I hold a BSc degree in Geology and Chemistry from Pretoria University. As a professional Geologis, I have over 40 years of Mining and Exploration experience, having worked for numerous prominent companies in Senior positions. Commodities include Base Metals, Gold, Uranium, Iron Ore and Chrome. I have a great passion for teaching and a natural talent to mentor. I am very patient, and knowledgeable in the basics of Science and Maths. I am a very conscientious and diligent individual with a strong work ethic and willingness to teach and share my knowledge. I have throughout my working career trained new appointed professionals and have for short periods taught employees (up to 8) Geology theory and principals as part of their training in the work place.

I prefer to teach in small groups of not more than five or individually. Although I have no full time official previous teaching, I have however throughout my working career acted as a tutor and trainee in the work place and would go out of my way to help scholars and students to succeed.

Rates quoted are negotiable depending on the level of the student which will be fixed once an appointment is made. Tariffs for group teaching will be reduced and is negotiable.
