About Vincent
I hold BSc(Hons) Physics with Lasers & Photonics from the University of Hull, UK and MSc Optical Fibre Communications from the University of Southampton, UK. Also hold the Graduate Diploma of Information and Communication Technology at University of Tasmania (UTAS). I was a Technical Sales in a US based multinational company in Hong Kong.
