I have a degree in sports and physical activity sciences, and a master's degree in education. I am currently a professional basketball player. I have experience in physical preparation for cadet and junior basketball teams, as well as personal training for people of any age.

My training method consists of finding a suitable and individual training plan or program for each client, knowing their initial physical condition, their material possibilities and where they can train and the objectives they intend to achieve. The training will try to combine different exercises depending on the objective and in an entertaining and non-monotonous way, changing and modifying the training program according to the client's progression
