About Banu
I have always enjoyed the biological sciences. My fascination with this topic made me pursue Biosciences at university at undergraduate level before pursing Immunology at postgraduate. My high attainment level and consistent performance allowed me to win the position of a junior lecturer within the university, where I now I lecture the third years.

My teaching involve going through the lecture material and having a discussion with the student regarding the subject matter being covered. After this, we go through questions. Practicing questions time and time again allows the student to become familiar with the question style and the timing. As a lecturer at the university, I am well aware of the different learning styles of students and am able to adapt quickly to their needs.
The ideal length of lessons for me is 1.5 hours as this gives myself and the student plenty of time to talk through any weaknesses whilst also going through previously set homework.
