About Jade
I went to Michigan State and graduated in 2023 with a degree in Human Biology. Currently I work as a medical assistant and I will be attending Michigan State College of Human Medicine next Fall. I worked as a teaching assistant for 3 years. I also have experience learning to study for long-term goals such as the ACT and MCAT. I have had many tutors in the past and understand how difficult it can be to feel comfortable in making mistakes. I do my best to have different approaches and solutions to fit all learning styles.

I am passionate about providing students with the tools they need to further their learning across all subjects. Identifying the learning styles of each student to personalize my teaching to best fit them. Whether you are looking for someone to provide you with study habits and resources, or deepen your understanding of mathematics, I’m here to provide support. I generally focus on assisting with homework and studying for exams. I also can provide study guides and detailed answer keys based on each student's curriculum. My previous teaching experience is in college level pre-calculus, calculus I, and calculus II. I had a tutor through high school and 2 years of college, helping me to better understand the student's perspective.
