About Paolo
I'm a 31-year-old student and full-time worker. I truly believe that digital is the future and, above all, a fundamental ally in simplifying our daily and work lives. My self-taught journey has taught me a valuable lesson: there's no such thing as "difficult" software; there are only confusing explanations. I have built my skills on the field, so I fully understand the doubts and frustrations of those approaching the Office suite from scratch or those looking to make the leap. In my lessons, I combine technical precision with my experience as a trainer and manager. This means I won't just teach you "which button to press," but I'll help you develop logical thinking based on simplifying processes, allowing you to solve problems independently.

My teaching approach is simple: after an initial interview to understand the student's technical capabilities and the skills they wish to develop, I design a unique, customized training program, where learning is primarily project-based. Students learn by tackling realistic scenarios with an approach aimed at actively building knowledge, thus developing transversal skills such as problem solving and logical thinking. A typical lesson begins with the definition of a real-world problem drawn from concrete professional scenarios, and then proceeds to solve it step-by-step with the student. To test learning and receive feedback, exercises and assessment tests are periodically assigned. The lessons are designed to be delivered online and are aimed at students and professionals of all ages, with access to a computer and an Office Standard or 365 license. No prior computer experience is required.
