I mainly tutor Highschool students. Usually I test new students on their current knowledge and moving on from then I build them a timeline of skills to learn before a set deadline. It’s methodical and makes sure my students are able to achieve what they want.
I want my students to learn why certain methods work. Not just formulas. I believe thats where the greatest understanding lies.
