About Giovanni
Hi, I'm Giovanni, majoring in physics.
I often carry out experiences abroad and I am about to start my first Erasmus experience, in which I will come into contact with a culture and a way of teaching and doing university that are profoundly different from ours. This aspect is one of those that most fascinates me - aware that Italian education needs to be reformed from its foundations - and it has also always been one of my personal goals: to find a method, a way, that can make excellence grow, without leaving back the weaker ones, but at the same time without leveling down.
During my university studies, I have successfully helped and introduced to physics and calculus students ranging from the last year of middle school to university.
I have always believed in personal deepening and doubted the classic frontal teaching methods that leave little to those who really want to learn something.
Mathematics and physics, often seen only as obstacles by students, are by far the worst reputations. Precisely for this reason, I accompany my lessons to the vision of animations and codes to make it clear that mathematics and physics are always around us and are the formalization of our ideas and our intuition.
My method consists in starting from the bottom and introducing the concepts not as if they had always existed and, therefore, one had only to learn them mnemonically, but giving a reason for being to every single detail: whether it is a first degree equation or invariance of Maxwell's laws under Lorentz transformations, I will be able to take you on a wonderful journey into the world of disciplines that formalize our thinking best of all.

During my studies, I offered private lessons in mathematics and physics for two years to various types of students, from general enthusiasts to those who wanted to overcome a particular obstacle.
I also have a graphic tablet to carry out the lessons remotely, and I always send homework and the PDF with the whiteboards used in class.
