About Kate
As a graduating Civil Engineering student majoring in Structural Engineering, I have developed a strong foundation in Mathematics, Physics, and Statistics through my studies and engineering coursework. I am patient, approachable, and committed to helping students understand lessons in a simple and clear way.
I believe that learning becomes easier when students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes. I will do my best to create a supportive learning environment while helping students build both their knowledge and confidence.

As a Civil Engineering student majoring in Structural Engineering, I use a simple and step-by-step way of teaching. I explain the topic first, show examples, and then let the student try solving problems while I guide them when needed.
Usually, I start with a short review, discuss the lesson, work through examples together, and end with practice problems or a quick recap.
What makes me different is that I can relate math and physics to real engineering applications. I am willing to adjust my teaching style depending on the student's pace and level.
I can teach Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, Physics, and Statistics to junior high, senior high, and college students.
