About Franklin
My greatest passion in life is: Teaching. I have been tutoring, teaching and developed high school tutoring institutes for more than 10 years, always focused in the student’s needs. Proficient on unleashing each student maximum capacity through different pedagogic techniques and showing the students how useful, fun and easy science can be. Great skills in visual and computer-based teaching methods. Some of my key achievements:
• Provided tools for work to disabled people teaching Microsoft office applications
• Created strong relations with my students which went beyond the classroom, creating bridges to the industry and real job opportunities for some students
• Founder and director of a successful pre-university preparation institute in Venezuela, with a yearly intake of at least 40 students with a maximum of 100 for a single year, with up to 96% success ratio entry in the best Universities
• Conducted comprehensive test review sessions which contributed to an increase of up to 30 percent in some students' grades
• Assisted students with computational problems ranging in complexity of simple trigonometric to advanced algebra problems
