About Alexis
I am a student studying a bachelor of education in teaching high school math and history. I have a passion to help students to achieve academic success with their studies. I am wanting to further enhance my skills as a future teacher and believe that tutoring is beneficial for all parties involved.

I don't inform students of the answer of a question, I guide them to the answer. I do not tell students their answer are wrong, I simply ask if they believe it is correct and point out what could be the issue. I want my students to be able to learn in a way that is guided by them with my support. I try to use more practical examples that may interest a child but I change my technique depending on what the student likes and how they learn best.
