About Marianela
Passionate and internationally certified yoga instructor. In constant practical and academic training (500h RYT) with experience in teaching different types of yoga (Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Yin) including meditation and pranayama (breathwork) techniques. I seek to guide and inspire my students on their path towards balance and harmony with their body, mind and soul. I share techniques to discover how to let that energy flow into our interior and our lives.
