About Donald
Simple strumming patterns are rarely as easy as they seem. I prioritize ear training and music theory from the very first session. Regardless of whether you need help with grade exam prep or basic maintenance, I have a method for you. My 13 years of gigging inform how we handle rhythm guitar and tuning habits.
You receive a monthly recorded review of progress to track your development over time. Bringing my background in the Latin music scene ensures our time together is culturally immersive. These sessions are designed to move at a pace that suits your specific musical goals. We can adjust the curriculum whenever you feel ready for a challenge.

Electric technique, barre chords, and complex chord transitions form the bedrock of my instruction. I have spent 13 years refining my craft across the Australian Latin music scene.
Over that time, I have guided many students including kids, hobbyists, and advanced learners. My BMus Popular Music from Queensland Conservatorium provides a solid foundation for my teaching. I also hold a Licenciatura from Argentina which adds a unique perspective to my methods. Getting you to your musical destination is the reason I maintain this practice.
