I write student lesson plans and practice schedules and have created a ‘Learn how to Play’ guitar book for Guitar Function ((concealed information) aimed at the beginner guitarist. I have also created backing tracks, which are available on ‘YouTube’, for more advanced students wanting to extend their repertoire by learning more complex tracks. Here I explain how to break songs down into smaller sections, thereby showing how a phrase, solo or whole passage can be learnt.
