About Sophie
I completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Contemporary Guitar and Music Production after years of studying live performance, instrumental technique, and musical arrangement during my formal training. Over the past 5 years, I have worked with students from different musical backgrounds and experience levels, helping them grow through supportive instruction and personalized guidance. Teaching guitar allows me to combine creativity, communication, and mentorship in a deeply rewarding way. I enjoy helping learners become more confident musicians through music and performance.
My teaching style focuses on adaptability, patience, and balanced musical growth. Some students improve best through structured repetition and technical exercises, while others respond more naturally to improvisation and creative exploration. I adapt lessons according to each learner’s personality, confidence level, and artistic goals. Along with technical improvement, I help students strengthen rhythm awareness, expressive confidence, listening skills, and stage readiness. Creating a welcoming and motivating learning atmosphere remains one of my highest priorities as a teacher.
Outside teaching, I continue exploring different musical styles, practicing guitar regularly, and studying creative educational methods that help keep my lessons fresh and engaging. Music remains a powerful source of inspiration and emotional expression in my life. One of the most fulfilling parts of teaching is seeing students become more expressive and self-assured through their musical development.

My guitar lessons are designed to help students build strong musical skills while enjoying the creative process of learning music. I teach rhythm control, chord transitions, finger coordination, improvisation, tone shaping, and expressive phrasing using supportive and easy-to-follow explanations. Lessons also include ear training, solo practice, timing exercises, strumming techniques, and musical interpretation activities that help students improve naturally over time. I create a relaxed and motivating environment where students feel comfortable experimenting creatively while developing technical confidence. Every lesson balances structure with musical freedom and self-expression.
Beginners focus on tuning, posture, rhythm counting, and simple chord progressions through patient and organized instruction. Intermediate learners improve improvisation skills, fingerstyle playing, smoother transitions, and expressive control through structured musical exercises and guided practice. Advanced students refine phrasing, solo interpretation, advanced rhythm techniques, and performance preparation through detailed coaching sessions. I carefully adjust lessons according to each student’s confidence level, musical interests, and learning pace so progress remains steady and motivating throughout the learning process.
Learning guitar should feel exciting, expressive, and rewarding. I encourage students to enjoy gradual improvement while building confidence through supportive feedback and regular practice. Many learners become more creative and independent as their musical abilities continue growing naturally over time. My goal is to help students strengthen both technical ability and artistic expression while developing a meaningful connection with music.
