About Sam
My passion is to pass on the gift of music to others. As a teacher, not only will I teach you how to play guitar but how to grow into the great musician you can be. I am a performer/songwriter with years of experience playing with bands and also a comprehensive understanding of music theory. Music is not as simple as just learning the instrument but it involves growing your passion for music and with a good instructor like me, I can guide you through the ropes and help you flourish and become like the musicians you admire. My lesson plans are flexible and meant to adjust to the different types of learners instead of trying to force you to learn a certain way that is not best for you. This means I will listen to you play or if you are a beginner I will teach you the basics and see what the best approach is to teaching you specifically. My lessons are very productive but also very fun for the student as they involve nurturing one's musicianship and allowing you to explore your creativity as your abilities improve with lessons. We will be doing jams together and various things that will pique your interest in music as well as growing your technical abilities.
