About Sera

I have 6 years of experience teaching guitar, and I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Guitar Performance. My journey with music started at an early age, and over time, I developed a strong passion for playing and understanding the guitar. Through years of practice and learning, I gained both technical skills and musical knowledge, which I now share with my students through structured and supportive lessons.

My teaching style is encouraging, patient, and flexible. I understand that each student learns differently, so I adjust my lessons to match their pace and needs. I focus on building strong fundamentals while also encouraging creativity and enjoyment. This approach helps students stay motivated and continue improving with confidence.

Outside of teaching, I continue practicing, exploring different music styles, and learning new techniques. This allows me to bring fresh ideas into my lessons and keep them interesting. Teaching guitar is very rewarding for me because I get to see students grow from beginners into confident players. Supporting their progress and helping them enjoy music gives me a strong sense of fulfillment and purpose.

About the lesson

My guitar lessons are designed to help students learn in a clear, structured, and enjoyable way while building strong musical skills. I begin with the basics such as correct posture, finger placement, chord shapes, and rhythm patterns. Each concept is explained step by step so students can understand and practice comfortably. I also include simple songs and exercises that connect technical learning with real music, making lessons engaging and meaningful.

I adapt each lesson based on the student’s level and learning goals so that progress feels steady and achievable. Beginners focus on basic chords, simple strumming patterns, and easy melodies. Intermediate learners work on improving chord transitions, rhythm control, and playing complete songs smoothly. Advanced students focus on techniques such as fingerstyle playing, improvisation, and expressive performance. I provide regular guidance and feedback to help students improve continuously.

As students continue learning, they develop confidence in their playing and a deeper understanding of music. They begin to play songs more smoothly, understand rhythm better, and express themselves through the instrument. Over time, they build discipline, creativity, and performance skills that help them grow as musicians. My goal is to help learners enjoy music while becoming confident guitar players who can play with clarity, rhythm, and expression.
