About Julian
I have been playing guitar for the past 9 years, in which time I have learned a wide variety of styles and techniques. I just graduated high school and I am attending NYU next year to study Recorded Music. I have been giving guitar lessons locally for the past several months using teaching skills that I developed leading my local Scout troop and my high school drumline.

I offer personalized in-person lessons to students in the local area. I’m flexible in lesson length, location, and lesson plan; I can even provide amps for these lessons if needed. I specialize in teaching beginner and intermediate skills, covering everything from the basics of chords to more complex picking techniques. I can teach everyone from intermediate players looking to break out of ruts to complete beginners looking to play their favorite songs. Thank you for your consideration.

Knows extensive music theory yet made it all feel very intuitive. We practiced a bunch of exercises together and I noticed significant improvement in both my picking and fretting dexterity very fast. After about a month of lessons I almost doubled my fretting speed. Highly recommended
