About Pete

Hi, I'm Pete.

Based in Stafford, I'm a professional musician & music educator. I've been touring, writing and recording for over ten years during which I was described as a "master slide guitar virtuoso" by Maverick and twice awarded "Solo Blues Artist of the Year" by Moonshine Magazine.

Since 2017 I've also been leading music workshops in schools and youth groups, helping young people to write songs, access music technology and perform live together.

I'd love to help you on your musical journey on the guitar or harmonica whether you are a complete beginner or looking to improve

About the lesson

I can provide 1 to 1 teaching on both the acoustic/electric guitar & the harmonica, either in a dedicated space at my home, or I can come to you

I give lessons for beginners starting out or intermediate guitarists looking to improve.

I teach both children and adult learners and I am fully DBS checked

If you aren't situated within travelling distance of Stafford I can teach online through Zoom or Skype

Lessons are bookable in either 30 or 60-minute blocks at the rate of £25/hr or £15/30min

Although I started my career as a self-taught guitarist with no qualifications, in 2021 I passed my grade 8 Acoustic Guitar with LCM.

Our lessons will focus on whatever you are most interested in learning, whether that be mastering a style such as blues or jazz, learning recent pop songs, or working through a course towards earning grades.
