About Twinkle
I am a fitness professional, have trained in hatha, vinyasa ashtanga yoga. Apart from being a part of yoga competitions, I have conducted several fitness, bootcamp workshops, provided personal as well as group training. I am also a first aid and CPR certificate holder, have trained in various forms of dance and practice gymnastics and parkour.

I begin my class, by first explaining, just in case anyone is clueless. I, then start with a quick warm up. Later, I teach a couple of asanas, dynamic stretches or exercises, depending on the requirement or the capacity of the client. There are of course, breaks during the class, so that no one is tired and the best part is that you start feeling refreshed and you end the class feeling just as refreshed. Finally, I finish my class with cool down and some static stretching.
