About Karthick
Simply, there shouldn't be any barrier to sharing your knowledge. One thing that stops you from sharing your knowledge is the thing you should lose when you grow. Likewise, I had a jealous of frontbenchers when they take good marks and good names. But at the end of school, my friend got same mark range as mine really made me throw all the bad feelings in me. You will eventually understand those feelings.

Not a regular teacher to teach with a book, you know what to learn and how that will be useful for life. As a backbencher you will get knowledge and meanwhile you will help your friends to gain knowledge as yours. I never consider marks as a good option to evaluate, i know how students will think so evaluation will be done but not with the marks.
